The TSA is the new regulator for affordable housing, the role previous undertaken by the Housing Corporation. The goal of the TSA is to raise the standards of services for housing tenants.
The Homes and Community Agency (HCA) (http://www.communities.gov.uk)
The HCA is a new housing and regeneration agency for England. The HCA joins up the delivery of housing and regeneration under one roof, bringing together the functions of English Partnerships, the investment functions of the Housing Corporation, the Academy for Sustainable Communities, and key housing and regeneration programmes.
Whilst HomeZone Living is an independent body responsible for its own performance and management, it is regulated by the Housing Corporation, a national Government agency, that funds new affordable housing and regulates housing associations in England.

Lichfield District Council has important housing responsibilities including the assessment of district wide housing need, development of housing strategy, assessment of homelessness, provision of housing benefit services and enforcement of housing standards.
Tamworth Borough Council (http://www.tamworth.gov.uk)
We also work with Tamworth Borough Council and are members of the Tamworth Strategic Housing Forum. We have acquired a small number of Existing Satisfactory Dwellings (ESDs) in the Borough and have managed s106 developments.
Staffordshire County Council (http://www.staffordshire.gov.uk)
Staffordshire County Council commissions care and support for people with community care needs through Community Care and Supporting People Grant. We work closely with SCC particularly in relation to the delivery of housing and support for older and vulnerable people and people with learning disabilities.
ExtraCare Charitable Trust (http://www.extracare.org.uk)
HomeZone Living, in partnership with the ExtraCare Charitable Trust and Lichfield District Council has developed the Beacon Park Retirement Village. Inspired by ExtraCare's 'stay active, stay young' philosophy, the Village is built around a superb range of facilities that encourages people to embrace new challenges and new achievements regardless of age or ability. ExtraCare are responsible for the operational management of the facilities at the Village including the provision of support and care.
Cornerstone (http://www.cornerstone.org.uk)
In partnership with Cornerstone, a support charity, we provide additional support to the homeless in short-term accommodation in our hostels.
Pathway (http://www.pathway-project.co.uk)
In partnership with Pathway Project, a domestic violence charity, we developed a refuge for women and children comprising of 14 units and shared communal areas. Funded by Supporting People, we manage the property, whilst support is provided by Pathway.
Energyextra (http://www.energyextra.co.uk)
Energyextra is a partnership of local housing providers, including HomeZone Living, established to raise awareness of and tackle fuel poverty. In partnership with Scottish Power it provides access to cheaper gas and electricity. Why not go to Energyextra's website for a quote.
Jigsaw (http://www.lichfield-jigsaw.com)
Jigsaw is a regeneration project delivered by the partners of the North Lichfield Initiative, and has brought back into use a former derelict shop. It is a venue for all the partners of the North Lichfield Initiative to meet and offer information and services to local people.
