All housing associations with more than 250 homes are continuously assessed on their performance under our Regulatory Code, which judges viability, governance, management, and on how well it has used any Corporation funds it has been allocated.
These judgements are summarised in a Housing Corporation Assessment (HCA), which is updated as a part of the ongoing regulation process. The HCA consists of a performance summary in the form of traffic lights in four key performance areas and a narrative giving more detailed information.
The Housing Corporation have awarded HomeZone Living with green lights against all areas of the Regulatory Code both individually (September 2006) and as a member of the Bromford Group (April 2007)..
