Don’t put up with it! Report it!HomeZone Living takes a serious view of residents who cause anti-social behaviour, nuisance or harassment. We will not tolerate drug dealing, theft, vandalism, persistent noise, disturbances, threats, racial abuse or any other anti-social behaviour. We will take action to protect victims and tackle the perpetrators.
What can you do?Residents should always try to find their own solutions to minor problems. Where this is not possible report it to us.
Please be realistic we will not be able to solve every dispute you may have. You should be willing to compromise and be tolerant of differences.
We will ask you to keep accurate records of what has happened, where and when. This evidence is crucial for us to take action. In more serious cases you will be asked to complete and sign witness statements, attend court and give evidence. We will support you through this process.
What we will do?- We will try to resolve issues amicably involving both parties
- Provide support for victims
- Involve other agencies – including the Police, Environmental Health and Social Services
- Arrange mediation
- Issue Acceptable Behaviour Contracts
- Take legal action when justified when other remedies have failed or are not appropriate
- Seek injunctions
- Apply for Anti-Social Behaviour Orders
